Odisha CT Entrance is conducted by the State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) and the Directorate of Teacher Education for those who are seeking admission into D.El.Ed Course.
TE & SCERT, Odisha conducts D.El.Ed (CT) Entrance Exam for the eligible candidates. After getting success at CT Entrance they can get admission into the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) Course.
Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a 2-year course, candidates are selected for this course after successfully passing in Odisha CT (D.El.Ed) Entrance.
After this D.El.Ed (CT) course the candidates will be eligible to become a teacher in a Primary School in Odisha from Class I to V.

SCERT Odisha is inviting applications for SCERT Odisha Admission 2024 Courses like the Odisha CT Entrance exam 2024.

- You should visit the website www.samsodisha.gov.in or the below link in this post.
- On the home page, find “D.El.Ed” under the School & Mass Education Tab and Click on it.
- Next page, click on the “New Student Registration” link.
- On the registration page, candidates have to enter their Name, Email ID, and Mobile no to register and create a password.
- You can log in as ” Existing Student Login” with your Mobile no and password to fill up the application form.
- Submit the application form, upload a Photo, Signature and pay the required fee.
- After completion of the online application, you can save or take a printout of the confirmation page.

SCERT Odisha has declared the CT Entrance Exam Date 2024 for the CT (D.El.Ed) Applied candidates and released the CT Entrance Exam Schedule 2024 on the SAMS Odisha web.

Eligibility for Odisha CT Entrance 2024
Please carefully read Information Brochure 2023-25, CT Entrance Syllabus, and other details before applying for or appearing CT Entrance exam.
- The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination/ +2 Exam in Arts /Science / Commerce or its equivalent from recognized Boards /
Councils. - The candidate must have at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- 45% of marks in aggregate in the case of SC, ST, SEBC, and PH candidates.
- Candidates must be ODIA as MIL up to the HSC class level.
- The candidates shall have to submit the equivalent certificate.
- Those candidates who have appeared in the final year of Higher Secondary / +2 Examinations in Arts / Science / Commerce or its equivalent examination from recognized Boards / Councils are also eligible to apply for Odisha CT Entrance 2024.

This year CT Entrance exam will be conducted online Computer a Based Test and it has two sections.

Some Instructions for Odisha CT Entrance 2024
- The candidates are getting into the Examination Hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
- Occupy only the seats allotted to the candidates and not allowed to exchange their seats.
- The candidates should reach at exam center before the scheduled time. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after the commencement of the examination.
- Without having an Admit Card candidates are not allowed in the exam center.
